Just some random updates and stuff.
I know I haven’t written since Thursday, but I really haven’t been in the mood to write anything longer than 140 characters or less. Yesterday I was a bit too tipsy to write anything, even if I wrote a few things on Twitter. I guess it’s because I’ve been very tired lately.
We had planned to pack this weekend. I started packing, but stopped very prematurely. At least we did something instead of nothing. Something is more than nothing. It’s heaps more.
I just realised that we only have three weeks left at the company we work for. I can’t wait for that day when I walk out of there knowing I will never return.
Today I released the third batch of tracks under the Un:Arc[hive] music project.
Keep in mind that all the tracks I’m releasing is from my archive of songs I saw as finished tracks. They are not encoded with the best quality, but that is kind of the idea behind this project. It’s something you find years after you’ve archived them and now you just dust them off and play them.
It’s also just a fun thing. Releasing my old tracks, instead of letting them be unheard.
When I’m settled in Oz with a better computer I will sit down and make some new music, which I will still release for free, but with better quality. I just hope I will have time for it.
As we had planned to pack this weekend I thought we would be busy busy busy, but I was oh so wrong. We’ve both been extremely lazy doing mostly nothing. I’ve had heaps of time recharging my introverted batteries which has been something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now.
