Group interviews are bollocks!

This is just my assumptions which is based on my own experience, but it seems like group interviews are becoming more and more common. This is something I really do not like as I am an introvert and have no interest in becoming a brown nose the first day a possible employer meets me. I want to be hired for who I am and my skills, not how eager I am at shouting ‘me me me me me me me me’ in a group of people.
Today I went to yet another group interview. I participated the best I could, but I will be surprised if they actually contact me. What I actually found humorous was that they claimed it was not like other group interviews. Half way in I was still waiting for that difference they promised.
I have been to one group interview that I enjoyed. What they did right was to let everyone have a say, so everyone were given an equal chance.
I know I should not call it a failure yet, but I am just so sick and tired of their pretend interviews. All I want is, as they say in Australia, a fair go; meet someone one to one and get the because I have to skills, not because I talk the most during an interview.
Back to the old drawing board I guess.
Note: I was glad when I left TomTom and the Netherlands, but suddenly TomTom and the Netherlands looks pretty good at the moment.
