Random Monday Bollocks!
It might sound a bit odd, but I can not really say I still have had a goodnight’s sleep here in Oz.
With that said, I did wakeup today without feeling like I had been on a three-day-binge — Maybe it is time for one?
The day started out pretty well with a nice long walk with Lizzie — maybe a bit too long as it seemed to have messed up my rhythm for the rest of the day.
As we walked for almost three hours I think it is needless to say that we were both dogtired.
After a not long enough rest I sat down in front off my computer after scoffing down a vegan cheese burger— home made of course —to write an article. After 30 minutes of writing I clicked ‘Save Draft’. Seconds after I got the chills as I had to login to WordPress; and I got it confirmed I had lost a whole article without any warning at all.
It is also needless to say that I was grumpy (plus being tired and frustrated meant extra grumpy).
So much for trusting cloud computing.
I am not sure if I am following the wrong people and reading the wrong news, but I notice a lot of anti-Wikileaks articles going around. Coincidence that the anti-Wikileaks attacks started when Wikileaks verbally attacked Lamo and Poulsen+Wired? I think not.
Of course, do not dare to question these articles as they are apparently based on facts and empirical evidence, that is later on seems more likely to be based on assumptions and grudges.
It is funny that when Wikileaks are having server problems it is suspicious and evidence that they can not be trusted; but when Twitter shows their fail-whale to let you know they are having server issues it is just so darn cute.
Also keep in mind if you have a blog, that does not mean you are immune to criticism or queries about who your sources are.
Time to call it a night and get some rest for tomorrow.
I will hopefully spend most of my time sitting on my arse and writing tomorrow.
Enough random ranting from me tonight. If I write more now you will all think I am crazy!
