Random Crazy Boredom.

Last two weeks I have been a bit slack when it comes to blogging and writing. As it is something I do not get paid to do it seems to end up being forced to be my last priority for the day. So to shake things up a bit I will sit down and write something on a Sunday, and before the benzodiazepine kicks in.

Against all odds, at least as I saw it, I managed to get my driver’s license at first go. I had no intentions on getting one, but as public transport is not the best here in Australia, distances are at a considerate size and I had no choice, but here I am with a license; the right to drive a car.
At least I paid 10 times less than I would in Norway; now that is kind of cool.

Most people who are incapable to see a life without a car talk constantly about the freedom you feel owning a car. I am sorry, but I honestly do not have that feeling at all. Sure, a car has a higher speed than a bicycle and doesn’t take detours like a bus, but that is not freedom, that is convenience.
What I do feel when driving the car alone is more in the direction of relief that I am finally doing it legally.

Having a few possible jobs on the horizon. I will not carve anything in stone until I sign a contract, or have money being handed to me, legally.

People seem to be annoyed that I point out that they did something wrong.
Fair enough.
Hopefully, if I stop doing it, everyone else will also stop doing it to me.
