Weekly Photo Challenge: Old Fashioned
Established in 1864. Now that is old. Especially for Australia. Unfortunately this building will probably be torn down soon. Another part of Brisbane history killed off as if it has no meaning. Little do these idiots know this building is not only part of their history, but also part of their identity.
While in The Netherlands there are people who live in houses which was built early 1600.
Tearing down your history will tear down your identity. Without identity you have no culture. But hey, you’ve almost torn apart a culture that might be older than 40.000 years old. Shouldn’t take too long to tear down your own culture which is only a bit older than 200 years.
