A random blue cat on a wall

When wandering around West End, in Brisbane, I come across a lot of interesting street art. Above is a perfect example, like the many other photos I’ve posted here. It is clearly stencil art. So simple and so unusual to see this kind of colour used. I guess it because Banksy has made us used to his own black and white stencils.
Still trying to wrap my head around the fact I’m back at school. And that I have assignments I need to start working on. I’ll start on the weekend. Been too lazy. Just one year left and I will hopefully, if everything goes after plan, study something I have an interest for.
A bit annoyed that society makes me feel forced to do this degree. The self-made man isn’t respected anymore. Just an illusion. People have more faith in some kind of God. Science need structure, but not everything is science. Therefore, not everything should be studied, as if it is science.
First time the title ‘doctor’ was used, it was used by lawyers. Now when we hear ‘doctor’, we think of medical doctors, MDs.
I wonder when you must have a Ph.D to work at Wal-Mart. Now when we are so focused on degrees, it might not be long until that actually happens.
The self-made man is history.
A lonely man.
NB: Random, unpolished, gritty rant.
