A sensual night of creativity
Arriving at Zuri Bar I was welcomed by Yoori Rose, host of the Bisbane Creatives event. She took time to show me arround behind the scenes of this exciting high fashion party event. I also had the pleasure to meet the event manager, Charley Greenfield from Turpentine, and one of the young designers Joshua Hall, who designs his own jewelry. Receiving a warm welcome like this you know that a lot of effort has been put into making it an event above all expectations.
Brisbane Creatives is an event to celebrate and showcase amazing agency models, makeup artists, hair stylists and designers from Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Working together in the perfect setting of Zuri Bar, creating a very dark, sexy and sensual show that one will not soon forget.
While they where getting ready I had the wonderful opportunity to mingle in the VIP area and see these creative people working together, watching their creativity freely unfold with no limitations. Seeing beautiful jewelry, astonishing makeup, wild hairstyles, gorgeous clothing and stunning models. A fashion show that has everything you want, focusing not only on the clothes but all aspects of fashion from head to toe. A celebration of creativity and beauty.
After spending about an hour enjoying the funky music and watching it all come together we where all asked to line up for the main event for the night by the catwalk. To have these creative people showcase their incredible work of beauty and elegance for everyone to see and enjoy. As the music got louder and the models started walking down the catwalk one knew the event was truly a success. You could tell that this was a well orchestrated fashion event that showcased the many different types of creative fields within fashion. A show that not only showed everyone how talented these people are, but also showed us that Yoori Rose and Charley Greenfield can truly put on a show that is unforgetable.
